Visitors

Frinton Golf Club welcomes individual green fee golfers of all abilities and is the perfect venue for your society or corporate golf day, which can be formal or informal according to your requirements.

Why not try a day at one of the most challenging courses in East Anglia?

As a destination for weekends away and tours, the combination of links-style golf and the attractive town with its many restaurants and cafes is unrivalled.

Frinton is also ideal as a destination for away-days whatever the season. In the summer the fresh sea breeze and sunshine are wonderful both on the course and afterwards for drinks on the terrace. In the winter the quality of the course really shines through as we are one of the few clubs in East Anglia to regularly maintain play on our greens and normal tees all year round.

About Frinton Golf Club

Frinton Golf Club is a seaside course that provides a fine test of golf. At 6,265 yards, Frinton is not excessively long by modern standards and, at first glance, the open fairways with their lack of trees may seem unchallenging - but this is certainly not the whole story.

The fast, firm, undulating greens test the best putters. Tidal ditches cross many fairways requiring accurately placed shots.

The trademark of the links course, the ever-changing sea breeze, demands careful club selection on every hole. We are proud to have been rated amongst the best all year round greens in East Anglia.

Frinton Golf Club was founded in 1895 and can look back on a distinguished past as well as looking forward to an exciting future.

The club retains the best traditional values and is proud of its reputation of assuring a warm welcome to members and visitors alike.
