The Clubhouse and Terrace
Frinton Golf Club is renowned for the quality of its golf courses and friendly welcome towards visitors.
Built circa 1904, Frinton's clubhouse is probably the oldest surviving purpose built golf clubhouse in England.
The Terrace Bar is a relaxing area for quenching your thirst after the rigours of your round.
On sunny days, members and guests can enjoy their drinks on the terrace, which has a fine view of the course and in particular of players finishing on the green of the final par 5, 18th hole.
On balmy summer evenings, it is the ideal location to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the setting sun and enjoy the noise of the sea nearby.
The clubhouse boasts a beautiful lounge that is the venue for many club dinners, as well as numerous social events throughout the year.
The private dining room lends itself particularly well to hosting medium sized functions, while the Plumpton and Trophy Room are ideal for smaller groups.
